Hello! my name is Karen Walsh and I am a Qualified Holistic Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I have been working here at the Triskel Centre since early 2014 and prior to that with Changing Minds Galway. I also work with Positive Mental Health a charity organisation set up to create awareness in Secondary School Students around Mental Health issues. We travel around to Secondary Schools delivering a programme for students in relation to issues such as Bullying, Self Esteem, Bereavement, Relationships etc. At some point in our lives we all come up against these challenges and I am passionate about spreading the word that there is support out there to help us through them. The first step is to reach out! What I do? Counselling is about giving you an opportunity to talk about your life whatever the ups and downs in a safe, non judgemental and caring space. Into the Counselling room I bring my learning and my life experience. Working together we will gently explore various causes for any difficulties you are experiencing in your life. I believe with more understanding you can examine the causes and then look at appropriate ways of changing what needs to be different for you. My name is Thomas Burns. I have been an EFT practitioner for 5 years and I work one to one sessions at the Triskel Holistic Centre. I was trained my Margo Diskin in EFT levels 1 and 2 at her EFT Foundation Practitioner Training course. I’m certified by Aamet (Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques) for EFT and Matrix Re-imprinting. I hold a Diploma in Tui-na Acupressure Massage. By practising Acupressure with my clients, I learned that the acupuncture points hold energetic resistances and emotional stories. EFT showed this very clearly to me. I have been working these several years on introducing my clients to healing their blockages and the deep core stories held in the energy system. Margot Diskin is the founder of the Triskel Centre and a holistic practitioner with 14 years of experience. She is a Certified Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie, Qualified as a practitioner and trainer of EFT with Matrix Reimprinting and a homeopath. She is experienced with giving workshops and courses and travels a lot for that purpose. She has a passion for passing on the techniques and processes she practices and to that end, she often travels to Africa and founded the Uzima Project. Practioners: Ronah Corcoran

Ronah became interested in holistic therapies in 2003. She is a Reiki Master, Massage Therapist, Tarot Card Reader and Relaxation/Yoga Facilitator . She has further training in CBT techniques, Angel Teachings, DNA Clearing & Reactivation, Ethereal Crystals, Indigo Connections, Angel Reiki , Inner Light Reiki, Quantum Touch, EFT & Kids Yoga. She is studying to become a Hatha Yoga Teacher in 2014/2015.
