Reformer Pilates is a full body strengthening experience, focussing primarily on the core but also includes upper & lower body work, resulting in increased strength, flexibility, muscle tone and an improved posture.
The good news is, you need no previous Pilates experience to attend our classes in our bright, spacious studio in Swords.
