Before grooming commences we will check over your dog; feel for lumps and bumps; check ears for signs of inflammation or irritation; check nail length and assess coat condition. The appropriate shampoo will then be used. We cannot diagnose any condition or lump we may find and we recommend owners seek veterinary advice in this instance.
