SocialBee does Afternoon Tea. Ours is a mobile service that is constantly finding creative new ways to bring the experience of Afternoon Tea to you. We take the theatre and decadence of the traditional Afternoon Tea experience and we serve it up to you in a variety of unusual and fun ways. From baby showers in your home, to wedding anniversary garden parties, to creative think-in days at the office, and romantic hampers for two, a SocialBee Afternoon Tea experience really is the bee's knees

BumbleBee Hamper Package

We have stocked our vintage wicker picnic hampers with the finest bone china plates, vintage cutlery and ornately decorated aluminium tiered Afternoon Tea stands so that you can enjoy the decadence and theatre of the Afternoon Tea experience in the great outdoors. We will fill this hamper for you, full of freshly homemade food. Our BumbleBee hamper includes all the delicacies of Afternoon Tea; finger sandwiches or wraps, crumbly scones with jam and cream, and wickedly divine miniature cakes and tarts. Enjoy your picnic with a bottle of lovely chilled homemade lemonade. We will go to your chosen picnic spot,lay down one of tartan picnic blankets and set out your Afternoon Tea picnic spread for you.




HoneyBee Hamper Package

Like bees to honey, we have added extra sweetness to our HoneyBee Hamper package. Imagine the scene. You bring your partner, unsuspecting, to the prearranged picnicking spot (this could be any green space or beach location within 10km radius of D2), where we have already laid out your amazing Afternoon Tea spread, on a tartan picnic blanket. To this hamper of freshly made Afternoon Tea, served on vintage bone china, we have added a bottle of deliciously chilled Prosecco, served in our elegant crystal Riedel champagne flutes. The great outdoors is a wonderful spot to enjoy a glass of bubbles don’t you know? We deliver and set up, and when you are done, you return the basket to us.




QueenBee Hamper Package

And then there are the experiences that are so special they are sure to last in your memories forever, not to mention earn you serious brownie points for effort and originality! Show your loved one that they are the QueenBee in your life. The icing on the Afternoon Tea Hamper cake is the QueenBee Package, which includes the deluxe SocialBee Afternoon Tea spread, served with a bottle of the finest chilled champagne, served in our elegant crystal Riedel champagne flutes. But the occasion doesn’t end there. Following on from the Afternoon Tea, couples can enjoy a beautiful cheeseboard, with a choice of three cheeses, including Cashel blue, Irish cheddar, Camembert, Manchego and Goats’ cheese, served with grapes and premium raw nuts. This package is for when only the QueenBee treatment will do. Cue gushes of ohh and ahh from your unsuspecting partner and the scene is set for a romantic afternoon. We stealthily make a sharp exit and leave you to enjoy.
