We don’t do sales, never have and never will. The reason is simple. We believe in a fair deal. We don’t want to manipulate people with sales gimmicks and huge discounts, or use any pushy sales techniques. We aren’t interested in ‘yo-yo’ pricing, as practised by so many retailers in our industry, where they inflate the price only to discount it again. So we won’t use those dodgy sales practices of tapping into the calculator and then offering you a cheaper price and thereby reducing the spec. Nor will we ring the office to check this week’s discount structure. We feel this is dishonest and it goes against our Purpose, Values and Principles.
