TRACING A PERSON

We can talk you through the process in each instance and provide a service suitable for you. We can handle any trace while providing respect and privacy for our clients and the people we trace. In the case of a judgement which may have been awarded, we will go to great lengths to get satisfaction. SERVING LEGAL NOTICE

It is not a well-known fact but since licencing, Private Detectives/Investigators are the only civil professionals entitled to make full enquiry as to the whereabouts of an individual who may have moved away. Without a license any summons server is severely restricted in what enquires may be made. An illegal enquiry by an unqualified person may lead to a summons being invalidated, sanction by the PSA (Private Security Authority of Ireland) or a potential accusation of GDPR non-compliance. We offer delivery of the summons or legal notice in a well-ordered time frame and provide a report of its delivery. Included in our price are three attempts of delivery in the case of a difficult subject and/or enquiries plus full person trace report in the event of the named person moving away and in the event of a new address being established we will deliver to the new address. With a licenced Investigator you are hiring an experienced person with the skills and appropriate standard to do the job properly.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION SERVICE

Address verification can be a huge problem for clients wishing to serve legal notice on a defendant. Before issuing any legal proceedings our solicitors and clients must know at least the working address but in more cases the residential address of any potential litigant. This can be tricky if our client only knows a business address or if the potential defendant has moved. In some cases a potential defendant might refuse mail or pretend not to live at the address provided. The defendant might have closed their business premises and moved on. We can help, if you have an address where communications have gone unanswered then we can visit the address and establish the facts. We can provide a report which will give little doubt as to the facts. These reports may be attached to affidavits giving our clients the credence required for court.
