SFX Fitness primarily focuses on the overall health and well-being of our clients, achieved through our own unique style of coaching, mentoring, training, nutritional advice and our passion for seeing the whole person; body, mind & spirit.
Fitness classes and our exclusive B-Fit Bootcamp are run throughout the year along with private one to one Personal Training sessions. We have an option to suit everyone regardless of your current abilities or fitness levels.
