RTN2SNDR started off in London in 2001, when the iPod launched and SMS was taking off.
We thought to ourselves: ‘wouldn’t it be great if we could harness SMS for brands to get people to interact with print, packaging and point of sale?
So, we started a specialist Mobile Agency with a basic philosophy that ‘to get people to engage with your promotion or campaign there must be some kind of fun, or useful, ‘RETURN’ to the sender.
20 years on, the technology has broadened, but the same idea holds true: ‘To get people to scan your print or packaging, or use your Camera/AR experience or download your app, or text your short-code, THEN….. the experience has to be rewarding.
