WELLBEING MADE ACCESSIBLE
We provide corporate wellness programs to SME's. One of our priority objectives in setting up Pure Wellbeing was to make wellness programs accessible, especially to smaller companies and sub-teams within large companies. To meet that objective, our program format eliminates many obstacles to program implementation that companies normally face.
NO FIT-OUT / CAPITAL INVESTMENT - No need to invest in infrastructure
ALL EQUIPMENT PROVIDED - All necessary equipment is provided (and taken away following use)
SMALL SPACE REQUIREMENTS - 10 sq mts of space are needed for our supervised exercise service, whilst any suitable office space can be used for mindfulness & health screening sessions.
MINIMAL TIME DISTRUPTION - One hour per person during working hours, plus one half-hour lunchtime mindfulness session, is the weekly program time commitment.
LOW MINIMUM PARTICIPANT THRESHOLD - Designed for teams of 10 and upwards
The uniqueness of the Pure Wellbeing program is that it directly engages employees in effective actions, in priority areas. Targeted exercise to counter the effects of extended sitting. Effective stress reduction strategies to better handle work demands. Better nutrition habits to support health & wellbeing. Informative health screening & monitoring to support engagement and identify points of progress.
All program content is delivered on-site in an accessible format, by two experienced and knowledgeable health professionals who share a passion for clients' progress and love what they do.
Business Owner’s Perspective
“As an SME business owner, the engagement of Pure Wellbeing has had one of the most important impacts on the success of the team’s performance and behaviours in our 37 years in business. I could not recommend this in-house benefit to oneself and one’s colleagues in any higher regard.”

Bespoke Wellness Program
Pure Wellbeing provides a comprehensive program that addresses several key areas of health & wellbeing. The program takes a structured approach, starting with assessment & fact-finding and leading to actionable steps within the program and in lifestyle behaviours.
While almost any health-related action can be beneficial, a structured program has more definite outcomes than ad-hoc approaches are likely to have. In this case, the outcome is a reduction in health risks being faced by program participants.
The program assesses, monitors and targets 12 health risks, including lifestyle risks such as alcohol and physical inactivity, perceptual risks such as stress and low life satisfaction, and biometric risks such as high cholesterol and high BMI. A reduction in health risks benefits all taking part while also having a potential benefit for the company.
