LM10

NanoSight's LM10 is based upon a conventional optical microscope. The sample is introduced into the LM12 or LM14 viewing unit which is then placed into the slot on the stage plate. Focus and stage position are manually adjustable by the dials on the microscope body and under the stage respectively.

NS300

The NS300 can visualise and measure particles in suspension in the size range 10-2000nm (depending on material) and addresses the needs of a wide variety of applications including protein aggregation, exosome and microvesicle research, drug delivery systems, characterizes materials under the new EU Definition of Nanomaterials, and is particularly suited to analysis of particles labelled with fluorescent Qdots.

NS500

NanoSight's NS500 provides an easy-to-use, reproducible platform for specific and general nanoparticle characterization. The NS500 features twin-pump fluidics allowing for automatic sample loading, washing and dilution and computer controlled motorized stages for ease of beam location and focussing. A choice of 638nm, 405nm, 488nm and 532nm* laser wavelengths are available along with appropriate fluorescent filters. The NS500 can be fitted with a standard CCD camera or a higher sensitivity EMCCD camera. Temperature control comes standard with all NS500 models.
