All contracts are overseen by a non-cleaning supervisor to ensure that the customer is never less than satisfied and that the highest possible standards of cleaning are maintained at all times. Inspections are recorded and the results published to the customer on a regular basis.
Client feedback is actively encouraged and a dedicated account manager is nominated for each client. To further support our promise of excellent quality of service, clients are regularly visited by the our manager, who will monitor the quality of service received.
