Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. It can help to gently move stagnant energy in the body allowing for release of such and restoring the body's natural flow and balance. Most clients report a sense of feeling better in themselves, rested and balanced. Some report effective pain relief for physical symptoms.

Shamanic Work

I use Shamanic techniques combined with Reiki to provide a deep soul level healing session. Shamanic healing is the oldest form of healing in the world and appears in many cultures. Shamanic Reiki provides a profound healing experience. Soul retrieval is included in this work and can be very effective in bringing you back to wholeness. If you feel that a "part of you is missing" then a soul retrieval may be the thing for you. You must be prepared to give yourself fully to this work before you begin and make a commitment to actively participate in your own healing journey.
