Was founded by Martin Healy. He studied for three years at the College of Traditional Acupuncture, England, graduating in 1983. After graduation, Healy studied with Dr. Anthony Hodson (one of the original pioneer researchers - refer to Chapter 13 of his new “Food Intolerance” book) at his food intolerance clinic in Gloucester and his associate clinic in Cambridge, England.
Over the past thirty years, Healy has worked exclusively in this specialist area of food intolerance. He has worked with many of the most prestigious laboratories that specialise in the clinics new IgG antibody test technology. He was the first to introduce this new generation IgG Food intolerance Test into Ireland in 1998.
Having worked in professional practice for over thirty years, having trained with many celebrated teachers, he now brings this unique experience and specialist skill to the Fitzwilliam FoodTEST Group. The group now consists of a network of pharmacists, nutritional therapists, doctors and associated health practitioners spread throughout the country.
