"This is our new favourite tuna fish. It has a lightness to it that you will struggle to find elsewhere, and while it is dearer than many mainstream products, it is not prohibitively expensive. The meat is slightly pink and pleasingly salty, and the olive oil is very pleasant. While you may struggle to find a nicer tinned tuna fish anywhere else, you may also struggle to find this as it tends not to be sold by the mainstream supermarkets, more’s the pity. You should be able to find it in up-market delis, but you may have to pay a premium there. We found it in Little Italy in Dublin’s Smithfield."€1.50
