We are a fully online small law firm, specialising in business law, commercial law and brand protection. We are incredibly passionate about giving straight forward, easy to understand and easy to apply advice.
We cover a huge range of services from drafting or reviewing your contracts (whether it be an employment contract or a privacy policy – we do it all), corporate law services (covering the likes of shareholders agreements’ or investment rounds), data protection and GDPR, and of course brand protection – covering your important intellectual property, whether it be via trademarking or copyright. We also offer legal HR support services!

We offer an on-demand, in-house counsel service for your business. This means we act as an extension to your team - we build long term relationships and really get to know the ins and outs of your business. You can pick up the phone to us whenever you need, and we work together on the legal stuff. Not only that - you have added benefit of a full, experienced legal team who understand your business model, who are in constant communication and who all have different levels of experience and subject matter expertise.
Jamieson Law offer bespoke 1:1 services. You can book on one of our completely free, no obligation legal advice calls as a starting point to soundboard your legal queries off one of our solicitors. After the call, you'll leave with actionable steps. If extra legal support is needed after the call, we'll let you know. All of our services are offered on a fixed fee basis, meaning costs don't go spiralling - all work will be delivered to you within 3 business days too (although if the work is more urgent, we're more than happy to accommodate).
