Elder Mediation

Is a process whereby a qualified mediator facilitates the mutually acceptable wishes and plans of all the partiesi nvolved in the care and well being of an elder person. The process puts the elder person at the centre and could involve such elements as financial affairs, legal rights and entitlements, medical care and succession issues. All agreements of the parties are reality tested and the process can be revisited over time, if the parties so wish.
