Welcome to Positive Change Hypnotherapy: Professional Hypnotherapy & Hypnosis Clinic Galway
Kevin OBrien is President of the Irish Hypnotherapy Association and has a Therapy Rooms in Galway City and Lough Rea, Co. Galway.
Kevins passion for Hypnotherapy originated from when he went to see a Hypnotherapist in London for help with his 30-a-day smoking habit. After just one session, he quit smoking and never wanted a cigarette again. He decided from that moment that this was what he wanted to do in the future.
Originally from London, Kevin moved to Galway in 2003. Kevin has a Diploma in Clinical and Therapeutical Hypnotherapy.
People travel from as far as Mayo, Clare, Limerick and Roscommon to benefit from one-to-one Hypnotherapy sessions with Positive Change Hypnotherapy, Galway. Kevin teaches his clients to reach inside and achieve amazing results.
Whether you want to use Hypnotherapy to quit smoking, lose weight or to manage stress, Kevin will help you to achieve the extraordinary.
Anxiety & Panic Attacks
Anxiety and Panic Attacks are processes that we have learned. As with all learning it is impossible to unlearn without help. Once you have learned these processes it is very difficult to unlearn them on your own.
Confidence & Self Esteem
The causes behind low confidence or low self-esteem are many and varied.
It may be that your parents were too critical of you as a child or as an adult, or a teacher embarrassed you in front of the class or maybe you made a mistake at work or have been bullied.
Motivation
Motivation helps us get through all kinds of tasks, for working harder, to have healthy relationships, to be successful and to have a happy and fulfilled life. However we can sometimes find ourselves lacking in motivation.
Sometimes the lack of motivation can really bring people down or hinder their efficiency and ability. This leads to frustrations. However, if you break the cycle you can turn your life around. Hypnosis for motivation will put the LIFE back into your life!
Performance At Work
We sometimes have a tendency to over think and analyse every surface detail when we are in a performance situation even though we can comfortably allow ourselves to perform well in practice sessions.
We tend to concentrate on the acquisition of technique in certain areas of our lives and neglect the essential mental application.
Public Speaking
When everybody is watching you and hanging on your every word and the silence that you can hear is deafening. Your tongue feels too big for your mouth and you cannot utter the words no matter how much you have practiced. Your eye catches every movement in the room as an indication that your audience is laughing at you or being frustrated at the delay.
After all of the hours you have put in to making your speech the best that it can be it has all been thrown away as you start sweating and your chest is pounding. If you could just stop all the chitter-chatter in your mind everything will be OK and you will get through this in one piece.
