We want to connect you to the right mental health support in your county/area so you can make that first important step to reach out for support.
We share information about organisations in the area that have taken part in this inititative to battle mental health issues. Our groups cover problems such as : abuse, addiction, additional needs, anger, anxiety, bullying, depression, eating disorders, grief, immigration, homelessness, mental illness, self harm, sexuatlity issues, suicidal ideation, gender identity
