Glenside Builders run by Richard Davis who has over 20 years experience in the building sector. We are members of the National Guild of Master Craftsmen, as well as being fully Insured, Vat and C2 registered, Holders of current waste permits, all employees are registered Safe Pass members per our safety statement.
Our aim is to deliver a quality service by committing and maintaining high standards of quality workmanship. Using only qualified and experienced staff and high quality products sourced from reputable building material suppliers, we can guarantee any work that has been carried out.

Construction
We complete construction projects for Clients. We built walls, extensions, and use plant machinery to remove soil/clay/rubble from sites.
We install concrete driveways. We demolish buildings to ground level if required.
We do insurance work e.g. Water damaged ceiling and wall replacement in apartment’s homes and offices.
Renovation
We remove coal dust and old insulation from attic spaces.
We install Sheep wool into the cleaned out attic spaces. We install fire cages to cover down lights.
We replace rotten timber with new pressure treated timber. We install new bathrooms and en-suite shower rooms.
We offer full kitchen refurbishments. We demolish or build internal walls in houses.
Property Maintenance
We replace worn out door locks.
We repair weather damaged roof slates and tiles.
We replace vandalised and broken asbestos roof sheets.
We remove and replace rotten timber from fascias and sofits. We fit new PVC facia and sofits. We repair and replace gutters. We plaster and paint. We work on older buildings where the plaster needs replacing.
Other Services
We do Welding repairs and the making of gates and railings from steel or timber. The Carpentry work covers all timber work from Decking too internal doors/frames
