Firestopping

Nullifire B747 is a lightweight fire barrier comprising of a mineral fibre board coated with ablative water based sealant which can provide up to 4 hours fire protection. B747 Fire Batt prevents the passage of fire and smoke by re-instating the compartment floor or wall when penetrated by building services. In order for the system to perform as certified it needs to be used in conjunction with fire rated mastic. This system also provides thermal acoustic and air sealing performances.

Fire Resistant Silicone Sealant – Nullifire M703

Nullifire M703 Fire Resistant Silicone Sealant is a single-part alkoxy-based fire resistant, elastomeric, neutral cure silicone sealant. The product provides up to 5 hours fire protection at internal and external building gaps and movement joints as well as allowing up to 50% movement. It also provides fire protection around service penetrations and ensures that the acoustic performance of the substrate is maintained. M703 has been fully tested to comply with the air leakage requirement of ‘Approved Document L’.

Class 0 Spread of Flame Protection

The Envirograf ES/VFR System (product 92) offers a clear or white fire retardant coating for upgrading or wood related surfaces to a class 0 and class 1 classification (UK standards) or a SBI: B/s1/d0 (EU Standard). The system is suitable over both hard and soft woods including substrates such as new & existing timber, bamboo, chipboard, hardboard, MDF and veneered board. It can also be applied over existing paints and varnishes according to application details.

30/60 minute protection to timber

The HW System (Product 42) offers a range of clear, coloured or white coatings designed to upgrade new and existing timber substrates, offering up to 30 or 60 minutes fire protection meeting both UK National and European Fire Regulations. FD30 & FD60 Fire Doors

Upgrading of Existing / Heritage Buildings

The Envirograf EPCP intumescent system (product 105) is a paint application that can upgrade existing plasterboard and lath & plaster ceilings to 60 minutes integrity, insulation and load bearing fire resistance. It is especially useful when upgrading heritage properties without compromising the original architectural detail or having to lift floorboards from above.

Upgrading of Existing Doors to 30 minutes

Envirograf ES/RFC Intumescent Paint system can upgrade panelled doors (depending on thickness and size) to 30 minutes integrity and insulation in the event of a fire. This product is commonly used when the original features of the building need to be maintained.
