John Donovan is a member of the Craft Butchers of Ireland and learned his skills as a butcher from his Dad, Tom Donovan. With exceptional experience and knowledge in cutting meat off the bone, dry aging it for a minimum of 21 days, and where all his meat is sourced from, John Donovans skills and craft as a butcher are the very best.
