BiteSize was started in 2006 by Jason Colbert and Lynda O’Riordan to establish a catering company that specialised in handmade Canapés. It was while working in event catering in Dublin they noticed more and more clients were choosing canapés for their events, launches, house parties etc. Being a Pastry Chef and having already gained huge experience in patisserie in restaurants such as The K Club, Mustard Seed in Adare, Cookes Café in Dublin to name but a few, Jason added that knowledge and attention to detail into creating beautiful savoury canapés and our now signature sweet canapés.

BiteSize operate from state of the art kitchens in East Cork and their distinctive vans can be seen delivering their handmade canapés and patisserie all around Cork.
