I am a freelance photographer and photojournalist based in Dublin. Though I started off in journalism, writing for the Sunday Times for over 5 years and going on to enjoy a highly successful media career, I decided to branch out and take photos as well. As a lover of visual arts, I have always had a keen interest in photography and the varied working day it presents. I covered HM Queen Elizabeth II and Barack Obamas visit to Ireland for the London Evening Standard as both a journalist and photographer and travelled to Sierra Leone, Peru, Bolivia and Zambia for Edmund Rice Development, where I photographed projects across the countries and put together over 100 live interviews and film coverage. My photos and articles have appeared in mainstream publications like The Sunday Independent, The Irish Times, The Independent, The Evening Herald, Image Magazine, RSVP Magazine, VIP Magazine, RTE Television, TV3, TNT24, The Dubliner Magazine, global website weblogtheworld and many more.
