Sharon trained with Dr Vincent Carroll in Lansdowne College of Acupuncture and Complementary medicine. She graduated with a Diploma in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and certification in Western Clinical Medicine. Sharon has studied advanced Acupuncture, Moxibustion, and TCM diagnosis at the prestigious Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in China.

Sharon has developed a special interest in the use of acupuncture and Chinese herbal remedies to treat infertility to improve the chances of conception.
She is a founder member of the National Network for Reproductive Health.
