Insolvency Service of Ireland (ISI)
The new Insolvency Service of Ireland (ISI), is the statutory body who will set the requirements and authorise Personal Insolvency Practitioners. Those who have successfully completed this programme must apply to ISI, meeting their criteria, before they can be authorised to act as a PIP.
